Our standard delivery times are 3–7 business days within Pakistan, while international deliveries (if applicable) usually take 10–20 business days. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or size of your order. Any customs or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing a tracking number, and it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Covaretail.com is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address details. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos so we can assist you. For lost parcels, please allow the courier sufficient time to investigate. We will help you throughout the process, but we cannot guarantee refunds for issues caused by courier services.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on stock availability.
