At COVA, we keep things simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. If you received a defective or damaged product

  2. If you received the wrong item

  3. If the size you received doesn’t fit and you want to exchange it for another size

(Exchange is only possible for the same product in a different size.)

Conditions for Exchange:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items damaged due to wear, washing, or mishandling

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (if applicable)

How to Request an Exchange
Contact us via email or send us a DM on Instagram with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Issue (damage / size / wrong item)

  • Clear photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

We’ll guide you through the exchange process smoothly.
