We do not offer refunds on any orders.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
If you received a defective or damaged product
If you received the wrong item
If the size you received doesn’t fit and you want to exchange it for another size
(Exchange is only possible for the same product in a different size.)
Conditions for Exchange:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Issue (damage / size / wrong item)
